1. The clubhouse may not be reserved on weekends or holidays. Members using the clubhouse during weekends and holidays are asked to limit guests to no more than 15 during the period from May 1 to September 30, to allow others use of the clubhouse at the same time Exclusive use of the clubhouse is not permitted at anytime.

2. The clubhouse may be reserved by a member (on a first requested basis) during the week (Monday through Thursday). At NO time will the total occupancy of the clubhouse exceed 100 people. The reserving member is responsible for calling the reservation attendant to schedule the reservation date. The facility use and clean-up rules are posted in the clubhouse. A member must be present during clubhouse use. The reserving member is responsible for making sure the facility is left clean and the property is not damaged. Any damage to the clubhouse or furnishings will be the financial responsibility of the reserving member. The member must meet the reservation attendant to make arrangements for the attendant to unlock the kitchen, turn on the heat (if needed) and make a walk through to confirm that the clubhouse is in good order prior to use. The reserving member is required to notify the reservation attendant after using the clubhouse to confirm conditions of the building and furnishings, lock the kitchen, turn off monitor heater, gas logs and lights and make a general walk-through to confirm that the clubhouse is in good order prior to use. 3. The clubhouse furnishing shall not be removed from the clubhouse under any circumstances. If the furniture is rearranged, please return them to their original position. Please note: You CANNOT SLIDE the furniture because the carpet tiles may become dislodged.
4. Paper goods and supplies (other than toilet paper and paper towels) are not to be used for private parties. The supplies are only to be used during organized neighborhood functions. Cleaning supplies and trash can liners will be available for your use.
5. Smoking is not permitted inside the clubhouse.
6. Foul language is not permitted inside the clubhouse.
7. Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
8. Please make sure that restroom doors and kitchen doors remain closed during winter months as they are heated to prevent pipes from freezing.
We are fortunate to have this great facility and these rules were developed to preserve our common property and improve everyone's enjoyment of the clubhouse.
